How this list works. We copy details from each venue's, store's or library's own page and show the date we last checked. For discounts we only list stores whose own policy names homeschool teachers, and we note the proof they ask for. Stores can change their rules at the register, so check before you buy. We are not affiliated with any venue or store here.

Apple: education pricing

Educator discount⚠️ Not fully confirmed
Area: Apple Store online

Apple's Education Sales Policy says any K-12 employee is eligible for education pricing, "including homeschool teachers."

  • Ages: For the parent-teacher
  • Cost: Education prices (vary by product)
  • When: Year-round
  • Proof needed: Apple may ask for extra qualifying information before it accepts an order, and it audits education purchases, so keep documents that show you homeschool. Yearly limits apply (for example one MacBook and two iPads per year).

⚠️ The policy names the United States and Puerto Rico, and says the online store ships to "most U.S. territories." It does not name the Virgin Islands, so check at checkout that your address qualifies.
